PMA A-NZ Future Leaders in Produce is a fully residential business skills course focused on effective communication skills, commercial acumen and strategic thinking in a produce industry context. The program uses various practical and applied learning methods with produce industry content chosen in consultation with PMA A-NZ to ensure program relevance and practicality.
