This 1 day workshop teaches techniques, tips and strategies for conversing effectively with executives, teams and other stakeholders. The program covers the setting and shaping of culture and the impact leaders have on setting the tone at the top, by building understanding of the impact of their words and language.
The program introduces specific strategies, techniques and tactics for leaders that can be used in day-to-day conversations that model the behaviour leaders expect others to follow, and teaches how to apply the conversational processes to specific, challenging conversations.
